Body and Pole parties are the perfect way to celebrate your birthday or hen night or can be a fabulous activity to get you in the mood for a night out!
All parties are held at the Body and Pole studio and will include one and a half hours of fun in your chosen activity.
Pole Party
a fun pole dance session where you will learn basic spins and tricks and how to put them together into a routine!
We also have lots of props for you to play with such as feather boas, hats, shoes, garters and fake money etc.........
Burlesque Party
Moulin Rouge style fun, suitable for every woman. Guaranteed to get your weekend off to a flying start.
Hula Hoop Party
Blast from the past!!! relive your youth and have a giggle learning how to spin the hoop around your waist, arms and legs.
Adult sized, weighted hoops make it much easier thank you think !!
Diva Party
The full flirty girls experience!!!
Including chair dancing, lap dancing and sexy floor work. A fabulous light hearted look at the sexier side of keeping fit.
Photoshoot Party

We can also supply a professional photographer to capture the moment for an extra charge.
Parties are available Mon-Sat. Morning, noon or night !!
£50 deposit required at time of booking.
All pole, hula hooping and diva parties cost £20 per person with a minimum of 8 people required.
Burlesque parties cost £25 per person with a minimum of 8 people required.
Parties will last for approx one and a half hours and include nibbles and certifcates for all guests.
